With reference to my predecessor's despatch

of 21st August, 1925, I have the honour to tranmit six

copies of the Annual General Report for 1924 in octavo

form, and the usual six copies printed in foolscap size.

I regret that this report has been so long

delayed, but, as explained in the despatch under referent

the Government Printers have been unable to proceed with

their work in a normal manner. The difficulty of

obtaining skilled compositors and printers still exists,

Six hundred and twenty-five copies are being

forwarded to the Stationery Office by this mail, the

cost of which is $62.50.
